We confirm availability, prices and shipping options, and issue a proforma invoice in USD.
Step 6 - Delivery & DOA Handling
You inspect the goods on arrival and report any DOA units within the agreed period for credit on your next order.

• DOA limit: up to 0.5% of the shipment
• DOA units must be reported within 3 days of delivery with video and IMEI list
• Confirmed DOA units are credited on your next order
• No long-term warranty is provided for export deals
